Please read this Legal Disclaimer carefully before using the FYNEST Financial Statement Generator (the "Tool"). By accessing or using the Tool, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Disclaimer.

1. Purpose of the Tool

The FYNEST Financial Statement Generator is designed solely as an assistance tool to help users quickly generate ICAI compliant Financial Statements for Non-Corporate entities based on ledger data provided by the user.

IMPORTANT: This Tool does not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or suitability of its generated results. While developed to assist professionals, its output is a computational result based on user input and algorithms. It is an automated processing utility and does NOT provide financial, accounting, tax, legal, or any other professional advice or opinion.

2. User Responsibility

  • Data Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all ledger data (CSV files) and entity type information you upload to the Tool. FYNEST does not verify the integrity or correctness of your input data.
  • Output Verification & Sole Liability: The financial statements generated by the Tool are based exclusively on the input data you provide and the algorithms implemented within the Tool. It is your SOLE RESPONSIBILITY and liability to meticulously review, verify, and validate the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of the generated financial statements with all applicable accounting standards (including ICAI guidelines), tax laws, and legal requirements. Accordingly, you are advised to exercise your independent professional judgment and due diligence when utilizing and relying on the output.

3. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

  • "As Is" Basis: The Tool is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  • Accuracy & Reliability Disclaimer: FYNEST explicitly disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the results obtained from the use of this Tool. We do not warrant that the Tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
  • Limitation of Liability: In no event shall FYNEST, its creators, affiliates, partners, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Tool; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Tool; (iii) any content obtained from the Tool; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose. Your use of the Tool and reliance on its output is entirely at your own risk, and you agree to hold FYNEST harmless from any claims arising from such use or reliance.

4. Data Privacy & Non-Storage of Client Data

  • No Storage: FYNEST is designed to process your financial data without storing it on our servers. All uploaded ledger files and generated financial statements are processed in memory and deleted immediately after the transaction is complete and the file is delivered to you. We do not retain copies of your input data or the generated output files.
  • No Personal Data (beyond Authentication): Aside from any minimal authentication data you might provide (e.g., mobile number, date of birth for login purposes), we do not collect or store any personally identifiable financial data from your uploaded files.
  • Security: While we implement reasonable security measures, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. Third-Party Links

The Tool may link to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by FYNEST. FYNEST has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of these external sites. You acknowledge that FYNEST is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from your use of or reliance on their content or services.

6. Changes to This Disclaimer

We reserve the right to modify or replace this Disclaimer at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
